Our expertise lies in providing comprehensive maintenance and calibration services for industrial use microscopes, especially those operating in harsh factory environments. Our routine maintenance program includes thorough cleaning of all accessible optical surfaces and reconditioning of mechanical assemblies to restore even the most unusable microscopes to like-new condition. As an accredited calibration provider to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, we adhere to the highest standards of quality assurance. Our calibration process involves the use of certified reference materials that are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) and we calculate calibration uncertainties per magnification per microscope, taking into account uncertainty contributors such as environmental noise, reference material imperfections, thermal expansion, spatial resolution, image distortions, and magnification errors of the units under test.

When a statement of conformity to a specification is provided the ILAC-G8:2009 decision rule is applied, where guard band length is equal to the expanded uncertainty with a confidence interval of 95.45% and the conformance probability (Pc) is equal to or greater than 97.5%. ACCEPT when Pc ≥ 97.5%; REJECT otherwise. Pc is calculated per ISO/IEC Guide 98-4:2012(E) Section 7.4.
